The Cecchetti ballet teaching method is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is a world-renowned syllabus with a rich heritage.
Children's classes are moving to St John's Church, Ashbrooke, after half term (from Wednesday 5th November), where there is a lovely wooden sprung floor. Please see our classes page for more information. 23/10/14
We are delighted to welcome pianist Diane Scott-McGrath, who will now play for our busy Wednesday Primary class. 15/10/14
We offer regular classes for students from 3 years to adult, with optional examinations as well as performance opportunities - all in a supportive and friendly environment. Our awarding body is the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD), one of the oldest dance training associations in the world, whose qualifications are approved by Ofqual, the government's exam regulator. The syllabus we follow was devised by renowned ballet master Enrico Cecchetti (1850-1928) who taught Anna Pavlova, Ninette De Valois and Vaslav Nijinsky to name but a few.
